My Hiking Schedule

This schedule was creating by my time constraints of College (which ends May 9th) and the snow storms of the Cascades, which usually roll in between mid-to-early October.  Most hikers start earlier in May, April, or even March. This schedule accounts for one day off per week, with an average overall pace of 21.6 miles per day.  Unfortunately, there isn't much wiggle room with this schedule, so I will be trying my hardest to adhere to this within a day or two.

I will be using each of these towns as resupply points.  My resupply strategy will primarily be through mail
drops, so my roommate/ partner in life Michelle will be mailing me a package of amazing food to each of these towns for the dates posted.

I will be carrying with me a SPOT GPS tracking unit, which will update my position along the trail.  It is also somewhat of a life vest for me; with the push of a button I can send a signal to a helicopter rescue crew if my life is ever in danger.
